消化细菌与益生菌到底有多大作用。

第一次用这款硝化细菌，某系列淡海水通用（粉状），这款硝化细菌和其它品牌（粉状）有不同之处就是：添加后会有残留粉末，无法溶解，因此需要添加到过滤棉上或底滤下水口，让其在滤棉上慢慢分解，添加三到四天后，清洗第一层过滤棉，将残留粉末洗掉，以免过滤棉过水性变差。对于硝化细菌不能完全溶于水中也不得其解，今天闲来没事做个实验看看这款硝化细菌的效果如何。
图一，三个酒杯分别装满清水加入同量的鱼食。左边杯中纯清水，中间杯中添加科普硝化细菌，右边杯中加入了少量的某品牌益生菌（平时我都是用来泡食后喂鱼用）。
图二，经过24小时后三个杯中鱼食没任何明显区别性变化。
图三，经过48小时后未见鱼食有分解变化。
图四，进过72小时后中间加入消化细菌的水明显开始混浊有鱼食分解现状。
图五，96小时后清水越来越混浊，鱼食完好；硝化细菌杯也越来越混浊，鱼食被分解碎开；而添加益生菌的杯中水很通透，发黄是本身添加的益生菌为黄褐色。
图六，120小时后硝化细菌杯中鱼食被完全分解；益生菌杯中水相比依然是最清澈的；清水杯中水混浊发白。
图七，144小时后我们来张水面的照片，从左向右依次是清水杯——硝化细菌杯——益生菌杯。清水杯混浊，硝化细菌杯可见水面一层菌膜，益生菌杯清澈可见底。
图八，经过160小时，现在我将三杯水分别过滤到干净的杯中，用试化剂来测试下三杯水的亚硝酸盐含量和氨氮含量。
图九，可以看出，第一杯清水经过简单过滤后和第二杯硝化细菌杯混浊度是完全一样的，第三杯益生菌杯过滤后水要比前两杯清澈很多。
我们来看：
图十一，亚硝酸盐为0，氨氮明显是严重超标不在测试的比色范围内。
图十二，亚硝酸盐为0，氨氮的界值为0.7。这个值如果出现在鱼缸里无疑是致命的，实验的水体小食物残渣多。
图十三，亚硝酸盐为0，氨氮的界值与图十一清水几乎相同。
从以上结论得出：硝化细菌可以对水里食物残渣进行分解，并可以有效地对鱼缸内的氨氮进行控制，因为杯中只有食物残渣没有其他有害物质，所以亚硝酸盐检测为0。但硝化细菌从添加到发挥作用需要三天到四天的培养期。不难看出，硝化细菌并不是如很多人所说的，添加后水就会从混浊变清澈了，有这种感受的朋友我相信你的硝化细菌含有大量的化学净水剂。真正想要水清澈，需要水体大小、饲养密度以及合理的过滤来匹配，需要长时间循环培养硝化细菌、水体里各种有益菌以及大家认为难看的要死的各种藻类，有了良好的生态才会有清新的空气。
很多人说益生菌养水快，从这次实验中不难看出益生菌水泡食，食物在一周里没有变化，没有浑水，食物的发泡大小都没有清水里的大，完整的保持着原有的形态，这正是乳酸菌发挥着作用（乳酸菌最基本作用就是生物防腐，可以抑制有害菌的滋生），以至水一直很清澈。益生菌包装上面写着的功效分解食物残渣，降解氨氮等等功效我没发现。。。。。。
以上测试结论都是出于个人见解，如有口误尽请谅解。
